Tens sunglasses are excited to reveal their SS17 campaign. Founded in 2014 by a trio of photographers, the custom filter lens was developed to offer a warm uplifting view instead of a cold desaturated tint as found in regular sunglasses. The innovation has previously been described as ’The Ultimate Filter’ by Time and ‘Instagram to the second power’ by Vice; Tens custom filter lens makes everyday life look and feel ten times better.
Today (Tuesday 28th March) marks the release of five new styles in multiple editions, exclusively available to pre-order on Kickstarter. Proudly designed in Scotland, the frames are constructed with Mazzuchelli Italian acetate, Japanese wireframe and all featuring Tens signature lens tint.
Styles can be pre-ordered at a special Kickstarter price tag of £60/$80.
To celebrate the launch, Tens share their latest video production shot in Mexico, titled: ’Tens SS17: Daydreamers’. Produced by co-founders Marty Bell & Kris Reid and filmed by co-founder Tom Welsh.
