Agenda, Long Beach recap
Agenda is a creative lifestyle fashion trade show that has emerged as the premier destination for brands and retailers in the streetwear, action sports, lifestyle, and fashion communities. Launched in 2003 by Aaron Levant as a satellite show of 30 brands, Agenda was created out of the idea that passion could become profit and the business of creativity should be conducted in a truly authentic environment. While other shows were folding due to the recession, 2008 marked the year of tremendous growth for Agenda.
Today, Agenda’s portfolio spans six shows in three cities with over 1,000 brands exhibiting per year. Retailers, brands, investors, distributors, and media travel from around the globe and attend the events to build partnerships, participate in the community, and ultimately grow their businesses. As the trade show landscape has evolved and shifted, Agenda’s commitment to nurturing creativity and allowing product to be the focal point remains.
Agenda Long Beach is the flagship show for the Agenda brand, providing the most diverse men’s and women’s product offering. The latest offering from Agenda took place on July 8th and 9th at The Long Beach Convention Center. A multi-faceted approach to our curated floorplan, where nonendemic and endemic brands organically co-exist, while representing the best of today’s leading lifestyle trends, all conveniently located under one roof. A few of these sections include The Woods (Rows F&G), Agenda WMNS (Row E), The Berrics (Rows O&P), ReSource (Row B), Footwear presented by Nice Kicks (Row K), and launching new to this Summer 2015 season is The Point (Row I), our surf-centric zone.
With over 750 branded collections, Agenda Long Beach has solidified itself as the global hub for previewing new lines, prelining product, and scouting trends. Below are some pictures of what went down a few weeks ago.
Next up is Agenda New York on Monday and Tuesday 20th July and 21st July; then Agenda head to Vegas in August.
